I got big, big plans
Just like that, Let 2024 begin:
In the past, I have always made the statement that I am going to be better in the New Year, but I have never put goals to paper in order to hold myself accountable. I was super blessed for so many reasons in 2023, and I hope that momentum continues through with me this year.
Things I am looking forward to:
*Turning 35 - Many say it is a milestone birthday, and I am excited to see what it brings. Only 6 months to go.
*Brie turns 10 - I cannot believe I have had my baby girl for 10 years, she is the best side kick and I am lucky she still loves me after so many years of forced cuddles
*More Robots - With 6 Norwalk's, 1 Motorama and 3 MakerBattle already announced for 2024, I am happy to say there will be SO much robots and I cannot wait to make more memories this year
*More Blogs - I have really enjoyed this space and being able to free flow my thoughts, I am looking forward to more story telling and memory sharing this year.
Goals:
*Visit 2 new states that I have never been to, and spend at least 1 night there - my love of travel is something I am always looking to expand on.
*Go make-up free, all 366 days - while I usually embrace my natural face, I still always break out the makeup for special events or more important days. This year, I am looking to change that.
*Be body aware - Yes, I am one of those "skinny girls" but, its not always all it is cracked up to be. There are days where I am starving and cannot fix the feeling. There are days where I eat a meal, and within an hour I am hungry again. This year, I want to be more aware of what I am putting in my body, and how it can benefit me to be in overall better health.
*Save money - I have been fortunate enough to get a lot of the things I want in life, but this year I want to hold a more minimalistic approach. I don't need to buy everything that I want - I already have so much and I need to be more grateful of that.
I know I am capable of so many things, and this is my year to show everyone that✨
